1 | (3.25 oz) pkg instant vanilla pudding mix | |
1 | (20 oz) can pineapple chunks, drained with juice reserved | |
¼ c. | dry orange-flavored instant breakfast drink | |
1 | (11 oz) can mandarin oranges, drained | |
1 | (16 oz) can fruit cocktail, drained | |
2 | medium bananas, sliced | |
2 | medium apples or pears, cut into chunks | |
1 c. | sliced fresh strawberries, optional |
Directions
- Drain juice from pineapple into small bowl. Set pineapple aside.
- Combine reserved pineapple juice with vanilla pudding mix and breakfast drink. Set aside.
- In a large bowl, combine pineapple chunks, mandarin oranges, fruit cocktail, bananas, apples and strawberries. Fold juice mixture into fruit. Refrigerate before serving.
