    1 (3.25 oz) pkg instant vanilla pudding mix
    1 (20 oz) can pineapple chunks, drained with juice reserved
    ¼ c. dry orange-flavored instant breakfast drink
    1 (11 oz) can mandarin oranges, drained
    1 (16 oz) can fruit cocktail, drained
    2 medium bananas, sliced
    2 medium apples or pears, cut into chunks
    1 c. sliced fresh strawberries, optional

    Directions

    1. Drain juice from pineapple into small bowl. Set pineapple aside.
    2. Combine reserved pineapple juice with vanilla pudding mix and breakfast drink. Set aside.
    3. In a large bowl, combine pineapple chunks, mandarin oranges, fruit cocktail, bananas, apples and strawberries. Fold juice mixture into fruit. Refrigerate before serving.
