Tangy Fruit Salad
Servings and Ingredients
|1 (3.25 oz) pkg instant vanilla pudding mix|
|1 (20 oz) can pineapple chunks, drained with juice reserved|
|¼ c. dry orange-flavored instant breakfast drink|
|1 (11 oz) can mandarin oranges, drained|
|1 (16 oz) can fruit cocktail, drained|
|2 medium bananas, sliced|
|2 medium apples or pears, cut into chunks|
|1 c. sliced fresh strawberries, optional|
- Drain juice from pineapple into small bowl. Set pineapple aside.
- Combine reserved pineapple juice with vanilla pudding mix and breakfast drink. Set aside.
- In a large bowl, combine pineapple chunks, mandarin oranges, fruit cocktail, bananas, apples and strawberries. Fold juice mixture into fruit. Refrigerate before serving.
