Directions
Stir in baked beans, pinto beans, black beans, diced tomatoes and ½ jalapeño pepper. Cook for 1 to 2 minutes or until fragrant.
Reduce heat to medium-low. Add vinegar, 2 Tbsp. lime juice and brown sugar. Simmer, uncovered, for 10 to 15 minutes or until heated through.
To serve, cool slightly. Stir in additional lime juice to taste. Garnish with additional jalapeño pepper slices and cilantro, if desired.
