¼ c. soy milk | ||
½ c. oil, divided | ||
1 tbsp. maple syrup | ||
½ tsp. vanilla extract | ||
additional oil, if necessary |
Directions
- Place soy milk and 1/4 cup oil in a blender container. Blend at the highest speed. Slowly drizzle in the remaining 1/4 cup oil. Blend in maple syrup and vanilla. Add a little more oil if necessary to thicken.
- Chill and serve.
- NOTE: This recipe does not work well on damp, rainy days.
