    ¼ lbs. (about 20) marshmallows
    1 c. packed Hy-Vee brown sugar
    1 c. light cream
    Hy-Vee salt
    4 tbsp. Hy-Vee butter
    1 tsp. Hy-Vee vanilla
    ⅓ c. Hy-Vee pecan pieces

    Directions

    1. Combine marshmallows, brown sugar, light cream and salt in a 2-1/2-quart saucepan. Heat and stir until mixture comes to boil. Cook over medium heat until mixture reaches 224 degrees, about 10 minutes.
    2. Remove from heat, add butter. Cool slightly, add vanilla and nuts. Serve warm.
