Directions
Heat a 10-inch cast-iron skillet over medium-high heat. Add green onions to cast-iron skillet. Sear until slightly chard. Remove from skillet.
Add vegetable oil to skillet. Add cod. Cook 2 to 3 minutes on each side or until internal temperature reaches 145 degrees. Remove from skillet and top with green onions.
Serve fish with fresh tomatoes, dill, and brown rice.
