|3 tbsp.||Hy-Vee unsalted butter, melted|
|1 tbsp.||Chef Paul Prudhomme's Blackened Redfish Magic seasoning|
|1 tsp.||fresh lemon juice|
|2||(6-oz. each) cod fillets|

- Hy-Vee nonstick cooking spray
- Baking sheet
- Shallow bowl
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Lightly grease a cooling rack and place on a baking sheet; set aside.
- In a shallow bowl, combine butter, seasoning and lemon juice. Add cod and coat in butter mixture. Place cod on prepared rack on baking sheet; reserving butter mixture.
- Bake cod 10 minutes, remove from the oven, baste with reserved butter mixture, and bake for an additional 10 minutes.
