    2 lbs. ground pork
    1 c. Hy-Vee panko bread crumbs
    ½ c. thinly sliced green onions
    2 Hy-Vee large eggs
    3 tsp. minced garlic
    2 tsp. sesame oil
    ½ tsp. Hy-Vee ground ginger
    ⅔ c. hoisin sauce
    ¼ c. rice vinegar
    2 tbsp. Hy-Vee soy sauce
    1 tsp. sesame oil
    Sesame seeds

    Directions

    1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
    2. In a large bowl, combine ground pork, bread crumbs, green onions, eggs, garlic, sesame oil and ground ginger. Form into 46 (1-inch) meatballs and place on parchment-lined baking sheets. Bake for 10 to 15 minutes or until temperature reaches 160 degrees.
    3. Meanwhile, in a medium bowl, combine hoisin sauce, rice vinegar, soy sauce and sesame oil. Brush sauce on cooked meatballs and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Continue to cook 1 to 2 minutes and serve with remaining sauce for dipping.
