1 c. Hy-Vee panko bread crumbs | ||
½ c. thinly sliced green onions | ||
2 Hy-Vee large eggs | ||
3 tsp. minced garlic | ||
2 tsp. sesame oil | ||
½ tsp. Hy-Vee ground ginger | ||
⅔ c. hoisin sauce | ||
¼ c. rice vinegar | ||
2 tbsp. Hy-Vee soy sauce | ||
1 tsp. sesame oil | ||

Directions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- In a large bowl, combine ground pork, bread crumbs, green onions, eggs, garlic, sesame oil and ground ginger. Form into 46 (1-inch) meatballs and place on parchment-lined baking sheets. Bake for 10 to 15 minutes or until temperature reaches 160 degrees.
- Meanwhile, in a medium bowl, combine hoisin sauce, rice vinegar, soy sauce and sesame oil. Brush sauce on cooked meatballs and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Continue to cook 1 to 2 minutes and serve with remaining sauce for dipping.
