4 tbsp. lower-sodium soy sauce | ||
4 tsp. dark sesame oil | ||
1 lbs. firm tofu, cut into 1/2-inch cubes* |
Directions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- Whisk together soy sauce and sesame oil.
- Pour soy sauce mixture over tofu and toss well.
- Put tofu (and any extra marinade) on a nonstick baking sheet. Bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes, stirring once. Serve hot with toothpicks.
- *Instead of cutting tofu into cubes, make rectangular slices and serve with dinner or as a sandwich filling.
