Servings and Ingredients
|2 to 2-1/2 pounds round steak|
|1||(1.5 oz) envelope onion soup mix|
|1||(10.5 oz) can cream of mushroom soup|
|mashed potatoes, for serving|
- Cut steak into 5 or 6 serving-size pieces. Place in a slow cooker. Add onion soup mix, water and cream of mushroom soup.
- Cover and cook on LOW for 6 to 8 hours.
- Serve with mashed potatoes, if desired.
