    4 c. water, divided
    1 (0.87 oz) packet Hy-Vee brown gravy mix
    1 lbs. round steak
    1 (7.2 oz) box Hy-Vee Butter & Herb instant mashed potatoes
    2 tbsp. Hy-Vee margarine
    1 ⅓ c. Hy-Vee skim milk
    12 tbsp. Hy-Vee shredded Colby Jack cheese, divided
    6 cherry tomatoes, divided

    Directions

    1. In a greased 4 to 6-quart slow-cooker, whisk together 1-1/2 cups water and gravy mix. Add steak. Cover and cook on HIGH 5 to 6 hours. Remove beef from gravy and shred using two forks. Return shredded beef to gravy.
    2. Meanwhile, prepare mashed potatoes using 2-1/2 cups water, 2 tablespoons margarine and 1-1/3 cups skim milk according to package directions.
    3. In each of 6 bowls, spoon 2/3 cup mashed potatoes. Top each with about 1/2 cup beef and gravy mixture.
    4. Sprinkle cheese evenly over each and top with a cherry tomato.
