    1 clove(s) garlic, minced
    8 slice(s) Hy-Vee deli roast beef
    8 spears fresh asparagus, trimmed, blanched, and dried
    Fresh basil, sliced

    Directions

    1. In a small bowl, mix together garlic and cream cheese until well combined. 

    2. On a clean work surface, spread 1 tablespoon cream cheese mixture on one side of roast beef. Add one asparagus spear in the center of each slice of roast beef. Roll-up tightly and repeat with remaining ingredients.

    3. If desired, garnish with fresh basil. Serve immediately.
