    1 ½ c. strawberries
    ½ c. sliced rhubarb
    2 tbsp. chia seeds
    2 tbsp. sweetener (honey, agave nectar or maple syrup)
    ½ tsp. vanilla


    1. Combine ingredients together in food processor and mix to desired consistency.
    2. Pour into glass jar; cover refrigerate for 1 hour before serving.
    3. Store jam in refrigerator.
