8 oz. uncooked Hy-Vee fettuccine
⅓ c. Hy-Vee creamy peanut butter
¾ c. Hy-Vee skim milk
1 tbsp. Hy-Vee light soy sauce
1 clove(s) garlic, minced
¼ tsp. cayenne pepper
¼ c. reserved pasta water*
1 (8 oz) package snow peas, washed, trimmed and sliced into thin strips

Directions

  1. Prepare fettuccine according to package directions. *Before draining, reserve 1/4 cup cooking water and set aside.
  2. Meanwhile, combine peanut butter, milk, soy sauce, garlic and cayenne in a large saucepan over medium-low heat. When sauce is smooth, add reserved cooking liquid and snow peas.
  3. Add drained pasta to the peanut sauce. Stir well before serving.
