    1 Hy-Vee refrigerated pie crust
    Hy-Vee all-purpose flour, for dusting
    1 Hy-Vee pie baking kit (for leaf cutter)
    1 egg yolk
    1 tbsp. Hy-Vee milk or cream


    1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
    2. Unroll dough on a lightly floured surface. Press leaf cutter into the dough so the leaves are cut out completely on all sides. Place leaves on a baking sheet.
    3. Whisk together egg yolk and milk or cream. Brush on leaves.
    4. Bake for 10 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool completely on a wire rack.
