|½ (12-oz.) pkg. Hy-Vee frozen deep-dish pie crusts, (1 crust), thawed|
|2 Hy-Vee large eggs, lightly beaten|
|1 (15-oz.) can Hy-Vee pumpkin|
|1 (14-oz.) can Hy-Vee sweetened condensed milk|
|1 ½ tsp. pumpkin pie spice, plus additional for garnish|
|Whipped cream, for serving|

Combine eggs, pumpkin, condensed milk, and 1 1/2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice in a medium bowl. Pour pumpkin mixture into pie shell. Bake 15 minutes.
Reduce heat to 350 degrees and bake 45 minutes more or until a knife inserted in center comes out clean.
Completely cool before serving. If desired, serve topped with whipped cream and additional pumpkin pie spice. Store in refrigerator.
