    4 lbs. ground beef
    3 large eggs, beaten
    1 c. uncooked oats
    1 c. uncooked rice
    ½ medium onion, diced
    ¼ c. ketchup
    1 green bell pepper, diced
    garlic salt, to taste
    seasoned salt, to taste
    pepper, to taste
    onion salt, to taste
    1 packet(s) crackers, crushed
    4 can(s) tomato sauce


    1. Combine ground beef, eggs, oatmeal, rice, onion, ketchup, half the green pepper, garlic salt, seasoned salt, pepper, onion salt and cracker crumbs. Roll into balls.
    2. Brown meatballs. Place in a large saucepan or slow cooker. Add tomato sauce and remaining half of green pepper.
    3. Simmer until rice is tender or as desired.
