onion salt, to taste | ||
1 packet(s) crackers, crushed | ||
4 can(s) tomato sauce |
Directions
- Combine ground beef, eggs, oatmeal, rice, onion, ketchup, half the green pepper, garlic salt, seasoned salt, pepper, onion salt and cracker crumbs. Roll into balls.
- Brown meatballs. Place in a large saucepan or slow cooker. Add tomato sauce and remaining half of green pepper.
- Simmer until rice is tender or as desired.
