    1 ½ lbs. ground beef
    2 small onions, chopped
    ¾ c. uncooked oatmeal
    ½ c. milk
    ½ tsp. salt
    1 c. ketchup
    ¼ c. lemon juice
    4 tbsp. brown sugar
    ½ c. water


    1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
    2. Combine ground beef, onion, oatmeal, milk and salt. Shape into meatballs. Place in a 9-by-13-inch dish.
    3. To make sauce, mix ketchup, lemon juice, brown sugar and water. Pour over meatballs. If desired, sauce recipes can be doubled.
    4. Bake for 1 hour.
