    2 oranges, diced
    1 large sweet apple, cored and diced
    1 lime, juiced
    ½ large white onion, diced
    2 tbsp. cilantro, chopped
    1 large jalapenos, seeded and diced
    1 tsp. cumin
    1 c. pomegranate seeds
    salt and pepper, to taste


    1. Put the oranges, apple, lime juice, pomegranate seeds, cumin, jalapeños, cilantro and onions into a medium to large bowl. Add salt and pepper. Gently toss to incorporate. Taste and adjust seasoning, as needed. Use for dipping, or to top salads, fish or chicken.
