2 tbsp. Hy-Vee orange juice | ||
2 tbsp. lime juice | ||
1 (12 oz) pkg fresh Ocean Spray cranberries, coarsely chopped | ||
⅓ c. chopped cilantro | ||
2 tsp. orange zest | ||
Hy-Vee tortilla chips, optional |
Directions
- In a medium saucepan, heat sugar, orange juice and lime juice. Stir until sugar dissolves.
- Remove from heat and stir in cranberries.
- Cool mixture to room temperature. Stir in cilantro and orange zest.
- Cover and refrigerate 2 hours before serving. Serve with tortilla chips if desired.
