1 (10 ounce) can Rotel® original Diced Tomatoes & Green Chilies
1 (14.5 ounce) can petite diced tomatoes
⅓ bunch(es) cilantro leaves
1 small onion, chopped
1 tsp. minced garlic
1 tbsp. fresh squeezed lime juice
Fresh ground black pepper

Directions

  1. Mix all ingredients together in food processor and blend to desired consistency.
  2. Adjust seasonings to your preference.
  3. Tip: If food processor is not available, just hand-chop ingredients.
