    ¼ c. pineapple juice
    2 tbsp. Hy-Vee apricot preserves
    1 tbsp. Hy-Vee honey mustard
    1 (1 pound) ham steak

    Directions

    1. Stir together juice, preserves and mustard in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave on HIGH for 1 minute; stir. Cool to room temperature.
    2. Combine mustard mixture and steak in a resealable bag. Refrigerate 2 hours or overnight.
    3. Remove steak from bag; discard marinade.
    4. Grill over medium-high heat for 3 minutes. Turn; grill an additional 3 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 160 degrees.
