    1 Hy-Vee large egg
    1 c. graham cracker crumbs
    ½ c. Hy-Vee 2% milk
    ¾ lbs. ground ham
    6 oz. ground pork
    6 oz. lean ground beef
    Ham Ball Sauce and Hy-Vee hot dog or brat buns, for serving

    Directions

    1. Heat oven to 350 degrees.
    2. In a medium bowl, combine eggs, cracker crumbs and milk. Add ground meats and mix well. Shape into 24 meatballs, about 1-1/2 inches in size.
    3. Place on broiler pan and bake for 20 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 160 degrees.
    4. For tailgating, skewer cooked meatballs ahead of time and reheat on grill.
    5. If desired, serve with Ham Ball Sauce on hot dog or brat buns.
