    1 tsp. toasted sesame seeds
    1 tsp. dried minced onion
    ½ tsp. dried orange peel
    ½ tsp. ground ginger
    ½ tsp. cilantro
    ½ tsp. lemon pepper seasoning
    ½ tsp. dried basil
    4 (6 oz each) skin-on wild Alaskan salmon fillets, see www.hy-vee.com for Oven-Roasted Salmon Fillets recipe

    Directions

    1. Combine sea salt, sesame seeds, dried minced onion, orange peel, ginger, cilantro, lemon pepper and dried basil. Rub 1 to 2 teaspoons rub mixture onto each side of the salmon fillets. Allow to rest for 5 minutes before proceeding with step 3 of Oven-Roasted Salmon Fillets recipe.
