Oven-Baked Rice for a Crowd
Servings and Ingredients
|3 c.||Hy-Vee long-grain white rice|
|1||(49 oz) can Hy-Vee reduced-sodium chicken broth|
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a 13-by-9-inch baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.
- Place rice in prepared dish. Bring broth to a boil and carefully pour into dish. Stir, cover with foil and let stand for 10 minutes.
- Bake for 45 minutes. Remove from oven and let stand, covered, for 10 minutes. Fluff with a fork before serving.
