    3 c. Hy-Vee long-grain white rice
    1 (49 oz) can Hy-Vee reduced-sodium chicken broth

    Directions

    1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a 13-by-9-inch baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.
    2. Place rice in prepared dish. Bring broth to a boil and carefully pour into dish. Stir, cover with foil and let stand for 10 minutes.
    3. Bake for 45 minutes. Remove from oven and let stand, covered, for 10 minutes. Fluff with a fork before serving.
