    1 ½ c.light apple juice
    1medium Braeburn apple, cored, chopped
    c.Hy-Vee dried cranberries
    ½ tsp.Hy-Vee cinnamon
    ¼ tsp.Hy-Vee ground ginger
    2 tbsp.original oven roasted Sunkist Almond Accents

    Directions

    1. In a medium saucepan, combine rice, juice, apple, cranberries, cinnamon and ginger. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low, cover and cook for 17 minutes.
    2. Top with Almond Accents.
