1 medium Braeburn apple, cored, chopped | ||
⅓ c. Hy-Vee dried cranberries | ||
½ tsp. Hy-Vee cinnamon | ||
¼ tsp. Hy-Vee ground ginger | ||
2 tbsp. original oven roasted Sunkist Almond Accents |
Directions
- In a medium saucepan, combine rice, juice, apple, cranberries, cinnamon and ginger. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low, cover and cook for 17 minutes.
- Top with Almond Accents.
