    3 c. heavy cream
    1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk
    1 tsp. vanilla extract
    ½ tsp. peppermint extract
    Pinch of salt
    3 large candy canes, crushed
    ½ c. crème de menthe baking chips, such as Andes Crème de Menthe baking chips

    Directions

    1. Beat heavy cream using an electric mixer until stiff peaks form, about 3 minutes. Stir in sweetened condensed milk, vanilla and peppermint extracts and salt. Whip until thoroughly combined and stiff peaks form again.
    2. Fold in crushed candy cane pieces and crème de menthe baking chips, just until combined.
    3. Pour ice cream batter into a loaf pan and place in freezer until firm, about 6 hours.
