1 (16 oz) package Hy-Vee mostaccioli, cooked, drained and rinsed
1 (6 oz) can Hy-Vee whole black olives, drained
1 large cucumber, peeled and sliced
20 cherry tomatoes, halved
1 c. Hy-Vee granulated sugar
1 c. Hy-Vee white vinegar
1 c. Hy-Vee vegetable oil

Directions

  1. Combine pasta, black olives, cucumber and tomato halves in a large salad bowl.
  2. In a separate bowl, mix sugar and vinegar together until sugar is dissolved. Stir in oil.
  3. Pour vinegar mixture over pasta mixture.
  4. Cover and refrigerate. Serve cold.
