6 tbsp. Hy-Vee grated Parmesan cheese, divided |
Directions
- Husk corn. Remove silk. Rinse each ear under cold water.
- Place corn in a resealable plastic bag. Pour dressing over corn. Seal bag and marinate in refrigerator 2 to 3 hours.
- Remove corn from marinade. Discard marinade.
- Wrap each ear in aluminum foil.
- Grill over hot coals 30 minutes, turning occasionally.
- Carefully remove foil from corn. Sprinkle each ear with 1 tablespoon cheese.
