    1 lbs. swai fillets, thawed if frozen
    1 tsp. Hy-Vee garlic powder
    ½ tsp. Hy-Vee sea salt
    ½ tsp. freshly ground Hy-Vee black pepper
    1 tbsp. Hy-Vee lemon juice

    Directions

    1. Place swai fillets on a baking sheet that has been spray with non-stick cooking spray.
    2. Combine garlic powder, salt and pepper in a small bowl. Sprinkle evenly over swai.
    3. Broil for 8 to 10 minutes or until fish is opaque, firm and flakes easily.
    4. Sprinkle with lemon juice before serving.
