Lemon Cheese Bars
Servings and Ingredients
|1 packet(s) yellow cake mix with pudding|
|⅓ c. oil|
|1 (8 oz) pkg cream cheese, softened|
|⅓ c. white sugar|
|1 tsp. lemon juice|
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Combine dry cake mix, 1 egg and oil until crumbly. Reserve 1 cup and set aside. Lightly pat remaining mixture into ungreased 9-by-13-inch pan.
- Bake for 15 minutes.
- Beat cream cheese, sugar, lemon juice and 1 egg until light and smooth. Spread over crust. Sprinkle with reserved crumb mixture.
- Bake an additional 15 minutes.
