    Things To Grab

    • Kitchen towel
    • Large rimmed baking pan
    • Hy-Vee vegetable oil cooking spray
    • Large nonstick skillet
    • Wooden spoon or silicone spatula
    • Rolling pin
    • Pastry brush
    • Sharp knife

    Directions

    1. Place thawed dough on a lightly floured surface. Cover and let rest at room temperature for 30 minutes.

    2. Preheat oven to 350°F. Lightly spray a large rimmed baking pan with cooking spray; set aside.

    3. For filling, lightly spray a large nonstick skillet with cooking spray. Add pancetta and onion; cook over medium-high heat for 2 to 3 minutes or until pancetta begins to brown, stirring occasionally. Add turkey, broccoli, pasta sauce, salt and pepper; cook for 2 to 3 minutes more or until heated through; set aside to cool completely.
