    1 (12 oz) pkg Hy-Vee penne pasta
    3 tbsp. Hy-Vee vegetable oil
    3 c. fresh broccoli florets
    1 c. sliced fresh mushrooms
    1 clove(s) garlic, minced
    1 (14.5 oz) can Hy-Vee diced Italian tomatoes, drained
    2 (10 oz each) cans Hy-Vee premium breast of chicken, drained
    ¾ c. Hy-Vee pizza cheese

    Directions

    1. Cook pasta according to package directions.
    2. Meanwhile, in a large skillet, heat vegetable oil over high heat. Stir in broccoli, mushrooms and garlic. Saute 5 minutes or until crisp-tender.
    3. Reduce heat to medium; add tomatoes and chicken to broccoli mixture.
    4. In a large serving bowl, stir together cooked pasta, cheese and broccoli mixture.
