Directions
Add tomatoes, garlic and Italian seasoning to skillet; cook for 1 to 2 minutes or until garlic is fragrant, stirring often.
Stir in broth, pasta and tomato paste. Bring to a boil; reduce heat to medium. Gently boil, uncovered, for 7 to 9 minutes or until liquid is almost all absorbed and chicken reaches 165 degrees; stirring frequently.
Stir in spinach, 1/4 cup cheese and lemon juice. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Top with remaining 1/4 cup cheese. Garnish with basil, if desired.
