    1 (14.5 oz) can Hy-Vee Italian diced tomatoes, undrained
    ½ c. Hy-Vee reduced-sodium chicken broth
    1 (6 oz) box Hy-Vee chicken-flavored stuffing mix
    1 c. Hy-Vee shredded pizza cheese blend
    1 tbsp. Hy-Vee Select garlic-flavored olive oil
    1 ½ lbs. skinless boneless chicken breast, cut into bite-size pieces
    2 clove(s) garlic, minced
    1 tbsp. Hy-Vee Italian seasoning

    Directions

    1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Stir together tomatoes, chicken broth, stuffing and cheese. Set aside.
    2. Heat oil in a large skillet. Add chicken; cook for 5 minutes or until chicken is browned. Stir in garlic and Italian seasoning.
    3. Pour chicken into a greased 2-quart baking dish. Top with stuffing mixture.
    4. Bake uncovered for 30 to 35 minutes. Remove from oven and allow to rest 5 minutes.
