|1 (14.5 oz) can Hy-Vee Italian diced tomatoes, undrained|
|½ c. Hy-Vee reduced-sodium chicken broth|
|1 (6 oz) box Hy-Vee chicken-flavored stuffing mix|
|1 c. Hy-Vee shredded pizza cheese blend|
|1 tbsp. Hy-Vee Select garlic-flavored olive oil|
|1 ½ lbs. skinless boneless chicken breast, cut into bite-size pieces|
|2 clove(s) garlic, minced|
|1 tbsp. Hy-Vee Italian seasoning|
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Stir together tomatoes, chicken broth, stuffing and cheese. Set aside.
- Heat oil in a large skillet. Add chicken; cook for 5 minutes or until chicken is browned. Stir in garlic and Italian seasoning.
- Pour chicken into a greased 2-quart baking dish. Top with stuffing mixture.
- Bake uncovered for 30 to 35 minutes. Remove from oven and allow to rest 5 minutes.
