    1 lbs. ground beef
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 (16 oz) can stewed tomatoes
    1 tsp. Italian seasoning
    1 tsp. salt
    ½ tsp. pepper
    1 (8 oz) can refrigerated crescent rolls
    8 oz. mushrooms
    2 c. shredded mozzarella cheese
    Parmesan cheese


    1. Brown ground beef. Drain.
    2. Stir in onion, tomatoes, Italian seasoning, salt and pepper. Cover and simmer for 35 to 40 minutes.
    3. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
    4. Spread crescent rolls in 8-by-11-inch glass baking dish. Spread meat mixture on rolls. Top with mushrooms. Sprinkle with mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses.
    5. Bake for 17 to 20 minutes.
