    Kids of all ages will enjoy making this delicious summertime treat. Simple and fun to make, this easy homemade ice cream recipe can be shaken-up in just ten minutes.

    2 c. 2% low-fat milk
    1 tsp. vanilla extract
    1 c. evaporated skim milk
    ¾ c. sugar
    ¾ c. frozen pasteurized eggs
    ½ c. rock salt


    1. Combine milk, vanilla, evaporated skim milk, sugar and egg substitute in large bowl. Stir with wire whisk until well blended. Refrigerate.
    2. Fill 1-gallon Ziploc bag half full of ice and 1/2 cup of rock salt.
    3. Fill a 1-quart Ziploc bag with 1/2 cup to 3/4 cup of milk mixture and seal tightly.
    4. Place the sealed 1-quart bag into the 1-gallon bag. Shake gently. Product will freeze in about 10 minutes.
