    ½ pt. heavy whipping cream
    3 tbsp. Hy-Vee prepared horseradish
    2 medium slices (1-inch thick) fully cooked beef prime rib, cut into bite-sized pieces


    1. Pour whipping cream into well-chilled bowl. Beat whipping cream with electric mixer to soft-peak stage. Peaks will bend over when beaters are lifted out of the cream.
    2. Stir in 3 tablespoons horseradish.
    3. Place toothpick into individual pieces of meat and served with chilled horseradish sauce.
