Horseradish Sauce for Prime Rib
Great for a football game or holiday meat platter.
Servings and Ingredients
|½ pt. heavy whipping cream|
|3 tbsp. Hy-Vee prepared horseradish|
|2 medium slices (1-inch thick) fully cooked beef prime rib, cut into bite-sized pieces|
- Pour whipping cream into well-chilled bowl. Beat whipping cream with electric mixer to soft-peak stage. Peaks will bend over when beaters are lifted out of the cream.
- Stir in 3 tablespoons horseradish.
- Place toothpick into individual pieces of meat and served with chilled horseradish sauce.
