Servings and Ingredients
|⅓ c.||Hy-Vee apricot preserves|
|1 tbsp.||Hy-Vee Dijon mustard|
|1 tbsp.||chopped green onion|
|2||(6 oz each) pkg fully cooked boneless, skinless chicken strips|
- In small bowl, combine preserves, mustard and onions. Mix well.
- Heat until melted in microwave on HIGH 30 to 60 seconds.
- Cool to room temperature before serving.
- Cut chicken strips into bite-size pieces and place toothpicks into individual pieces of meat. Dip chicken into apricot-mustard sauce.
