Honey Dijon Cukes
Servings and Ingredients
|2 ½ c. sliced unpeeled cucumbers|
|¼ c. chopped green bell pepper|
|¼ c. diced onion|
|¼ c. fat-free honey Dijon ranch dressing|
|2 tbsp. fat-free mayonnaise|
|1 tsp. dried parsley flakes|
- In a medium bowl, combine cucumbers, green pepper, and onion.
- In a small bowl, combine honey Dijon ranch dressing, mayonnaise and parsley flakes.
- Add dressing mixture to cucumber mixture. Mix gently to combine.
- Cover and refigerate for at least 20 minutes. Gently stir again just before serving.
