    2 tbsp. Hy-Vee Dijon mustard
    1 tbsp. Hy-Vee butter, melted
    2 tbsp. Hy-Vee honey
    4 (4 oz each) salmon fillets
    Hy-Vee salt and Hy-Vee pepper, to taste
    ¼ c. Hy-Vee plain bread crumbs

    Directions

    1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Stir together mustard, butter and honey.
    2. Place fillets in a greased 11-by-7-inch baking dish. Season each fillet with salt and pepper. Brush each fillet with honey-mustard mixture. Sprinkle evenly with bread crumbs.
    3. Bake for 15 to 18 minutes or until salmon just flakes when tested with a fork.
