    1 tbsp. ground ancho chili powder
    3 clove(s) garlic, minced
    1 ½ tsp. dried oregano leaves, crushed
    1 tsp. unsweetened cocoa powder
    1 tsp. freshly grated orange peel
    ½ tsp. ground cinnamon
    4 (about 8 oz each) sirloin tip center steaks, cut 1-inch thick


    1. Combine chili powder, garlic, oregano, cocoa powder, grated orange peel and cinnamon. Press evenly onto steaks.
    2. Place steaks on grid over medium, ash covered coals. Grill covered, 11 to 13 minutes for medium rare doneness, turning once. Do not overcook.
