|1 tbsp. ground ancho chili powder|
|3 clove(s) garlic, minced|
|1 ½ tsp. dried oregano leaves, crushed|
|1 tsp. unsweetened cocoa powder|
|1 tsp. freshly grated orange peel|
|½ tsp. ground cinnamon|
|4 (about 8 oz each) sirloin tip center steaks, cut 1-inch thick|
- Combine chili powder, garlic, oregano, cocoa powder, grated orange peel and cinnamon. Press evenly onto steaks.
- Place steaks on grid over medium, ash covered coals. Grill covered, 11 to 13 minutes for medium rare doneness, turning once. Do not overcook.
