|1 tbsp. Hy-Vee chili powder|
|2 tsp. ground cumin|
|2 tsp. Hy-Vee garlic powder|
|1 ½ tsp. kosher salt|
|1 tsp. freshly ground Hy-Vee black pepper|
|1 ½ tbsp. lime juice|
- In a small bowl, combine chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, salt and black pepper. To use, generously sprinkle mixture over meat; cover meat and refrigerate for at least 2 hours and up to 1 day. Just before grilling, drizzle meat with lime juice and grill as desired.
