4 whole wheat flatbreads for pizza crusts | ||
½ c. pesto, divided | ||
1 c. shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese, divided | ||
1 c. shredded cooked chicken breast, divided | ||
1 c. finely chopped broccoli, divided | ||
1 c. sliced small zucchini (thin-coin-size slices), divided | ||
1 c. frozen chopped spinach, defrosted and water squeezed out, divided |
Directions
- Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
- Spread each flatbread with 2 tablespoons pesto. Sprinkle each with 1/4 cup mozzarella cheese. Top each with one-fourth the shredded chicken, chopped broccoli, zucchini slices and spinach.
- Place on a baking sheet and bake for 10 to 15 minutes, or until crust is golden brown and the cheese is melted.
