|4||whole wheat flatbreads for pizza crusts|
|½ c.||pesto, divided|
|1 c.||shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese, divided|
|1 c.||shredded cooked chicken breast, divided|
|1 c.||finely chopped broccoli, divided|
|1 c.||sliced small zucchini (thin-coin-size slices), divided|
|1 c.||frozen chopped spinach, defrosted and water squeezed out, divided|
- Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
- Spread each flatbread with 2 tablespoons pesto. Sprinkle each with 1/4 cup mozzarella cheese. Top each with one-fourth the shredded chicken, chopped broccoli, zucchini slices and spinach.
- Place on a baking sheet and bake for 10 to 15 minutes, or until crust is golden brown and the cheese is melted.
