    1 (16 oz) jar medium green salsa
    ½ c. heavy whipping cream
    1 lbs. cooked chicken breasts, shredded
    ⅓ c. chopped roasted red bell peppers
    12 Hy-Vee fajita-sized flour tortillas
    1 c. Hy-Vee shredded cheddar-jack cheese

    Directions

    1. Combine salsa and whipping cream in a large bowl; set aside.
    2. In another large bowl, combine shredded chicken, red bell peppers and 3/4 cup salsa mixture.
    3. Fill each tortilla with 1/3 cup chicken mixture. Roll up and arrange, seam-side-down, in a greased 9-by-13-inch baking dish. Top with remaining salsa mixture, then cheese.
    4. Bake at 350ºF for 40 to 45 minutes, or until cheese is golden. Let rest 10 minutes before serving.
