    Hy-Vee bakery artisan raisin walnut bread
    Semisweet chocolate chips
    Toasted chopped pecans


    1. Preheat oven to 300 degrees. Cut a loaf of Hy-Vee Bakery artisan raisin walnut bread unto 1/2 inch slices. Cut each slice in half; place on a baking sheet.
    2. Bake for 10 minutes. Turn slices over and bake for 5 minutes more or until crisp. Cool on a wire rack. Dip slices into melted semisweet chocolate chips and toasted chopped pecans.
    3. Place biscotti on waxed paper-lined baking sheets. Let stand at room temperature or in the refrigerator until chocolate sets up.
