|1 c.||dark corn syrup|
|4 tsp.||baking soda|
|1 packet(s)||chocolate, for dipping|
- In a very large saucepan, combine sugar and syrup. Bring to boil just until sugar dissolves, stirring constantly.
- Cook without stirring to 305 degrees or hard-crack stage. Remove from heat and stir in baking soda.
- Spread mixture in 9x18-inch pan; allow to cool. Break into pieces; dip into chocolate. Place on waxed paper to dry. Store in airtight container.
