2 tsp. Hy-Vee Select olive oil
½ c. chopped zucchini
½ c. chopped green bell pepper
2 tbsp. chopped green onion
1 garlic clove, minced
¼ tsp. Hy-Vee Italian seasoning
Hy-Vee black pepper
2 (7-inch each) Kinnikinnick Foods pizza crusts
½ c. seeded and chopped tomato, divided (about 1 tomato)
½ c. Hy-Vee shredded Italian cheese, divided

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add zucchini, green bell pepper, green onion and garlic. Cook until softened, about 5 minutes. Stir in Italian seasoning and black pepper.
  3. Place crusts on an ungreased baking sheet or pizza pan. Spoon vegetable mixture onto frozen crust. Top with tomato and cheese.
  4. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes or until cheese is melted and crust is golden brown.
