2 (7-inch each) Kinnikinnick Foods pizza crusts | ||
½ c. seeded and chopped tomato, divided (about 1 tomato) | ||
½ c. Hy-Vee shredded Italian cheese, divided |
Directions
- Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add zucchini, green bell pepper, green onion and garlic. Cook until softened, about 5 minutes. Stir in Italian seasoning and black pepper.
- Place crusts on an ungreased baking sheet or pizza pan. Spoon vegetable mixture onto frozen crust. Top with tomato and cheese.
- Bake for 8 to 10 minutes or until cheese is melted and crust is golden brown.
