    2 (8 oz each) pkg refrigerated Hy-Vee crescent rolls
    1 (16 oz) can Hy-Vee refried beans
    1 c. Hy-Vee light sour cream
    2 tbsp. Hy-Vee taco seasoning
    ⅓ c. chopped green onion
    1 green bell pepper, seeded and chopped
    2 medium tomatoes, chopped
    1 (4 oz) can Hy-Vee sliced ripe olives, drained
    1 ½ c. Hy-Vee shredded cheddar cheese

    Directions

    1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
    2. Separate crescent roll dough and place on a 15-by-10-inch jelly roll pan. Press perforations together to form crust on bottom and up sides.
    3. Bake 15 minutes until golden brown. Cool.
    4. Spread refried beans over crust to within one-half-inch of edges.
    5. Stir together sour cream and taco seasoning. Spread over bean layer.
    6. Top with onions, bell pepper, tomatoes, olives and cheese. Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour before serving.
