    1 c.uncooked Minute Rice
    1 c.water
    1(10.5 oz) can cream of celery soup
    2(10.5 oz each) cans cream of mushroom soup
    4(5 oz each) skinless chicken breasts
    1(1 oz) envelope dry onion soup mix

    Directions

    1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
    2. Combine rice, water and cream of celery and cream of mushroom soups in a 9-by-13-inch baking pan or casserole dish.
    3. Place chicken on top and sprinkle with onion soup mix. Cover with foil.
    4. Bake 2 hours or until rice is fluffy and internal temperature of chicken reaches 165 degrees.
