    1 lbs. Hy-Vee True boneless skinless chicken breasts
    ½ c. plus 1/3 c. Culinary Tours Souvlaki sauce
    2 Wholesome Organic zucchini, and/or yellow squash, cut into 1/16-inch-thick slices
    12 Full Circle organic grape tomatoes
    Fresh oregano, for garnish

    • Paper towels
    • 1-gallon resealable plastic bag
    • Charcoal or gas grill
    • 6 (12-inch each) wooden skewers, soaked
    • Meat thermometer
    • Silicone pastry brush

    Directions

    1. Pat chicken dry with paper towels; cut into 1-inch cubes. Place chicken in a 1-gallon reselable plastic bag. Pour 1/2 cup Souvlaki sauce over chicken; seal bag. Gently massage to coat evenly. Marinate in the refrigerator for 3 hours, turning bag occasionally. 

    2. Preheat a charcoal or gas grill with a greased grill rack for direct cooking over medium heat. Drain chicken; discard marinade. Place 2 slices zucchini and/or yellow squash and fold in half; alternately thread squash slices with chicken and tomatoes onto six (12-inch each) soaked wooden skewers.

    3. Grill kabobs for 10 to 12 minutes or until chicken reaches 165 degrees, turning kabobs halfway through and brushing occasionally with remaining 1/3 cup Souvlaki sauce. remove from grill and garnish with fresh oregano, if desired.
