Directions
Preheat a charcoal or gas grill with a greased grill rack for direct cooking over medium heat. Drain chicken; discard marinade. Place 2 slices zucchini and/or yellow squash and fold in half; alternately thread squash slices with chicken and tomatoes onto six (12-inch each) soaked wooden skewers.
